A few ways:

Also, you can put them on a mesh drying tray and put them in the sun (make sure they don't blow away)
If you want them to dry quickly, set them in the oven at a low temperature for awhile until they're dry.
Or, if you're impatient like me, I just throw them into boiling water after I cut them from the plant and crush it. Makes amazing tea if you mix with a little bit of mint and catnip (will put you right to sleep).
