Dubbing OEGB

I purchased my first non-dubbed OEGB. I just wanted to check and make sure I am correct on my understandings. It's a DQ to show a non-dubbed cock. I was told healing time after being dubbed is 4-6 weeks. Also I've never dubbed and was wondering if there are any breeders local who I could pay to dub him or any videos on dubbing? I'm south chicagoland near NW Indiana.
