Dubia roaches

80 to 90 degrees :) I breed them for my bearded dragon. They're a really great food source and my birds get to eat all the extra males and love them. As a tip, they love citrus, so if you can give them some citrus fruit from time to time it really gets them breeding.

Thanks! also, would this work as a substitute for egg cartons?

That should give them places to hide :) It would probably work okay, but you might want to put in some egg flats if you can get ahold of them, they love them. Also make sure you keep them in darkness, so if you were keeping them in a clear tub or aquarium, just cover it with a blanket or something.
