d'uccle best in show is up!!!

Well, thanks ever so everyone!!! It is nice to hear everyone else likes our birds as much as we do

I am hoping to get some more d'Uccles come spring time ... got my eyes on a few folks with some nice birds

Amber needs some more buddies. We got Amber and her deceased sister Pearl as extras with some other hatching eggs and we fell in love with the breed as a result. THe sweetest natured and prettiest little birds ever:

This last one is a couple of years ago when Amber was broody and was showing Pearl exactly who was getting that treat

I don't know much about the genetics at all but usually it is the other way around.... mine got some black spangles first and then gradually got more white with them... I am wondering if he has another colour in there?
