d'Uccle gender

This little guy is 5 weeks old. I'm not sure if that's too early, but I don't think it is, since I had three other d'Uccles who had *huge* red combs at 4 weeks which I already rehomed. They looked nothing like my obvious pullet... but then there's this one. I thought it was a roo at first but now I'm thinking pullet. Any ideas?
