I dont see them either Sonora,
Vulture hock ARE on d'uccles and sultans, They are the stiff feathers on the shank of the leg pointed back towards the tail. Look at any d'uccle or sultans and you'll see what we are talking about.
This bird doesnt have that, just feathery legs as silkies and cochins do.

Either way, this is definately not a d'uccle , not even a cross from one, I wouldnt think.
