Any ideas on whether dark gold necks are better/more desirable than the lighter gold necks?

I'm not show breeding - so I can't speak to show standards ....

I'm not sure about the golden necks. I personally think the darker golden necks are prettier, that's just me

This is my first time posting on here so please forgive me if I don't get it quite right...I am very new to chicken keeping and have a pair of mille fleur d'Uccles that I would like to breed...*possibly*. I would like honest opinions on my cockerel and pullet (both are just a few months old and not ready for breeding yet) and I am also looking at getting 2 gold neck pullets--are the darker gold necks better/more desirable than the lighter ones?

They both look lovely, and I'm sure they will just get better as they come into maturity

I've got 2 d'Uccle hens.
Millie and a new black hen named Mollie who I do not have any photos of yet. Millie, (the pic below) seems to constantly molt and regrow her beard, she does not have any mites or lice and acts fine. Had anyone else had this problem? She has molted and regrown her beard about 10 times since I got her in may this year.

I haven't noticed a single chicken pecking her, and I'm here all day. She's in with 22 other birds.

Birds usually molt once a year, around this time.
