D'uccle Thread

Hey! I don't have any d'uccles so I wanted your opinion on 'em! And have any of you guys ordered any from ideal? How were they? thanks in advance!!

This is Noodles, my only Mille Fleur D'Uccle. S(he) is around 5 weeks of age. I sure hope (s)he is a pullet! Any thoughts on gender? Thanks!

I never had duccles till this spring but I love them. I ordered a mille fluer and a porcelain but I got a golden neck and a porcelain oeg. But I love them both. So yeah I only ended up with 1 d'uccle but next spring I'm ordering a couple more. They are soooooo cute, and sweet!!!! I love my pullet. I named her fawn cause she is the color of a new born fawn with white spots. I don't know who my local feed store uses for a hatchery but I have got cochin bantam chicks from ideal and they wee all happy and healthy and I got what I ordered.

Yay! I'm thinking of ordering the blue mille fleur or the porcelain. I wanted the golden neck but they arwnt available until 2015 But I definitely want to order polish and Cochins too!

I have a pair of Mille Fleurs that came from Mt. Healthy, I'll see if I can post some pics of them. They're going on 4 months old.

Yeah next spring I'm ordering a mille fluer and a blue mille fluer! Maybe a porcelain. I will have to see how much room I have. I don't want to over cried them.

I got some nice golden neck, porcelain & blue Mille Fleurs from a breeder on eBay, they're not hatchery stock so I'm curious to see how they turn out...i love the rainbow of colors you can get them in
