Yay!!!! Monday it's supposed to be 76 degrees! Now I'll be able to clean the garage and get my brooder set up, and I'll be able to trim my goats hooves and possibly shave them to get rid of their lice. It's almost May and its STILL cold here. I'm really excited now that it's starting to warm up! I hope it stays that worm up until May 7th when my chicks ship.

I can't wait until summer. Winters in Michigan are awful! It's way too cold for me. I like when it's between 60-85 degrees. All winter it was only 10-50 degrees, and at night it was dropping down to -10. I wish I could live someplace like Florida... :/

Where are you getting chicks from?? Do you know how many and which breeds you're getting?

We'd probably get chicks From MyPetChicken.com, We ordered there a few years ago and all of the chicks turned out great! We will probably get a Barred Plymouth Rock, a Maran, and an EE.
