I'm ok.......... I was out with the injured chick taking care of her an I did not know it but my bro thro up like 5 times an I forgot my phone inside an my mom tryied to get holed of me but my phone was inside so then she came home an was mad at me!!!

I cleaned my chickens butt today!!!!
It had "nasty vent" (vent gleet) an I read this-

An it was a great help!!!
I tryied to soak her vent for 15 to 20 min but she HATED the bath an she did not last long.... We got so wet! (Yes WE she splashed water all over me an then a had to pick the soaking wet chicken up!) but luckily in Florida it's hot an we sun dryied quick an her butt is clean!!!!!! I'm gonna feed her yogurt later for good digestive balance

I'm glad you were able to take care of it! I've never given a chicken a bath before :/ What do you use to wash them? Just water?
 
Yup I have a huge plastic cart on little wheels an filled it up to about high thigh water level( high thigh on the chicken not me an its a pullet not a full grown chicken so about 4 inches to 4 1/2 inches of water an just use the water to wash out the nasty vent an poop!
