Yeah, it took us a while to figure it out. You have to add carrageenan to thicken it.

(And having a Blendtec helps a bunch!)

Ooh! We bought an old one of those for $22 at a thrift store! By old I mean mid 1980's. The whole thing is stainless steel. And that sucker is a BEAST! I think it was a pretty good deal, considering I've seen them on ebay for a few hundred $.
