You have to remember that not everyone can afford to continue feeding animals when they no longer give back to you. Sometimes there really isn't anything else for people to do with cattle that can't reproduce and give off milk anymore. It's harsh, I know.... But sometimes there isn't any way to get around it when you're a cattle farmer. :/

My grandfather used to raise cows, so I understand a bit of what has to happen when you choose to live that lifestyle.
