Which breed is better to raise and which one sells for more?

Depending on quality they go for about the same. I prefer silkies. My favorite breed is a Frizzled satin or Frizzled polish though if youd take suggestions. The satins are hard to get the genetics right.

here is one of my frizzled Polish chicks, I sell these guys for $20 and if they come out smooth $8. And that's straight run. Pretty uncommon breed so they sell out quickly. Below is the rooster.

Pick the breed that appeals to you the most, or try both and see what you like.
Belgian d'Uccles are much easier to manage, and will do well, while Silkies are more fragile, can't fly, and don't handle hot or cold weather as well as birds with normal feathering.
There are so many bantam breeds! Brahma bantams are really nice too...
