D'Uccle's?

I grabbed these adorables out of a straight run bantam bin, I just liked their color as fuzzy butts and I've never had a breed with feathered legs before so I went for it. At first I thought the brown one was a partridge cochin and the gray was a splash blue cochin but they both have developed vulture hocks, the brown's VH's are very pronounced but I believe these 2 are about 3 or 4 days apart in age because the gray is developing identical features, just a few days later than the brown.
Can any one tell me for sure? They are approximately 10 to 14 days old right now. The sign on the bin said they hatched on 4/9/18 (my birthday woot!) but I think the gray is younger than that and possibly the brown is older than that, I'm just not sure.

Yep, both are precious d'Uccles (Mille Fleur and Porcelain), one of the greatest breeds.

They look like D’Uccles to me... I think the darker one might be a Mille Fleur, looks a lot like my baby! They are really great birds!

Thank you both for responding. I have decided to name them Opal and Genevieve. Since they were in a straight run bin, I am crossing my fingers for girls as I cannot have roosters in town. Everyone join me!!

Cute names! Mine is Duchess, Dutchy for short! They have such docile and calm personalities, even at a young age... have fun with them!

Very cool name! and she is very cute too. Mine are hyper and absolutely do not like to be picked up or messed with. I don't really see much difference in their temperament from any of the other chicks that I've raised. I did read that they are docile and calm and great pets for children because of this but maybe they will settle down as they age. Right now they race each other all over the brooder, fight and chase over treats (just a teeny bit of mashed boiled egg right now) which is the cutest thing to watch, even in adults, my big girls (3 BRs, 4 yrs old) do the "keep away" game over worms and other bugs.

Thank you! It's a weird story how we got that name... We thought that d'uccle sounded kind of like ducal, a adjective referring to a duke or duchess. Then we thought "Hey! Duchess!" So now we just call her Dutchy! Mine is such a sweetie, loves being pet and handled and eats right out of my hand. I think they all just have different personalities although we tend to stereotype breeds for what seems to be the norm! They are very cute and will grow up to be very beautiful!

Sounds like a good clue to me! I was curious how d'Uccle was said so I went to pronouncewiki and listened to a french person say it, she pronounces it like "doo cluh". There are apparently a lot of ways to say it though, the list that you can listen to is long lol. From what I read, Uccle is a town in Belgium and they speak french there so I listened to the French first. When I first came across the word, I thought it was "duck ul" lol.
Maybe I just need to hold them more often, I only hold them twice a day right now because they live in my bedroom with my cats, one of which thinks they are very fast moving chicken nuggets. I'll work on holding them more, maybe they will become "lap chickens" eventually.
