I had no idea how she would have so many eggs, except since they are different colors they all aren't hers. I caught Puff & Stuff sitting on Duchess yesterday or the day before and she laid an egg doing it. I think other hens are getting into that kennel with her and leaving more eggs. I don't know how to stop that either since she isn't in an enclosed area, she just chose that empty travel crate to lay in herself. When I started getting eggs last night I was shocked at just how many there were.

Salad tongs???? Wow, that is a fantastic idea! I have a set of plastic tongs that are concave and would work very well! Thanks so much fo that.
