Duck acting weird?

After someone clipped her wings, the wrong way might I add, one of our ducks has been acting weird. She’s been laying down all day and she hasn’t been as active as usual, and won’t move her wings.
I don’t know if these two things correlate (the wings and the behavior), but I know they both happened today.
Not sure what happened. I’m new to duck keeping. Help?

Can you take some pictures of her wing? I would take a close look at the wing and look for bleeding. If they cut too close to the blood feathers and it is bleeding, it can bleed out and die. The blood feather will need to be removed if that happened.
