I went to get a few ancona ducklings to grow out to keep girls
Somehow while there I ended uk with Stella the gosling
She is my best friend now
Enjoys her daily cuddles several times a day but has also bonded to my oldest duck daisy
As for the anconas I kept 4
Brown , silver , blue or lavender not sure what she is
And 2 blacks as well as one of mine the school hatched that looks blank Swedish but came from my pekin x khaki mom and my blue Swedish dad
So far the black Swedish , silver and brown are for sure girls the 2 blacks maybe just need another week ti be sure
How will I choose if they are all girls
They are so unique
They are beautiful. The goose looks like just the sweetest.
I am a bit in the same boat. I going to have 9 ducklings soon, and I don't know what I am going to do if I have a several females. My husband wants to keep them all
. Normally I would agree, but I don't think we should have that many ducks. I will have to wait and see how many girls I get.
