duck and goose cross breed

i,m an irishman living in poland. and i have at the moment 12 duck goose cross,s living with my chickens. apparently the french devised this cross and it is very popular here, but not as pets ,its just a way to get double the size duck meat for your money. i dont know if they will give me fertile eggs that will hatch but i will let you know when i try it. i might add that they are very passive and easy to care for.mine are only two months old and are already two to two and a half kilos in wieght.i also have a pair of turkeys and they all live quite well together.
