duck being bullied

ok I orderd ducklings to encubate them so all seven hatched but i saw a different speicie it a white crested duck so one day all the ducks were bullying her so I took her away to relax in my lap seconed day we made them swim but they were sinking her in the water they pushed her down into the water so I took her out whats happening im so worried

That is a tough situation. Is she smaller than the others?

If they bother her in the pen you may want to divide the pen so that they can see each other but the others can't hurt her. When they are out of the pen they need lots of supervision unfortunately. Maybe you would be able to train the bully ducks to stop by pushing their bills away when they engage in bulling behavior.
