ok well thats good to know and i also put some straw around the eggs and she lays them at the same spot but i sort have made a nest around the eggs so they dont get broken so will they still sit on the eggs

Most important is that she is laying her eggs in a safe place because if she goes broody she will be and pardon the pun "a sitting duck" and a pred would have a field day with her and her eggs.

Yes there safe and the eggs are almost a week old how long until she will become brooddy
