Duck can't quack anymore?

Hi, I have two rouen ducks. A male and a female and the female just started laying . But yesterday she threw up and this morning she doesn't quack anymore. She normally quacks all the time but when she tries she barely makes a quacking noise and her mouth just moves as if she was trying but can't. She is eating and drinking but not much. Does this have to do with her just starting to lay or is something wrong with her? We don't have an avian vet in the area but I don't want anything to happen to her. Please help!

Also I just noticed the male will randomly stretch out his neck and make a loud quack then suck his head in and he makes a throaty sound. Maybe this is like the females problem? But he acts totally normal otherwise
