Duck can't walk or stand, and doesn't seem to have any feeling in legs

Also got some Epsom salts for his baths to see if that'll speed things along. :)
Don't let him drink any of the water with Epsom salt in it it can cause dehydration and it also works as a laxative. But soaking him in some in a dish pan where he can't get his head into the water would be a good thing, that's how i soak mine here or put ES with warm water into a bucket and stand the duck/goose in it holding on to them.

Thanks for the info! I already gave him a bath in it this evening

but I wasn't sure it'd be good for him so I used about a half/third of what the package recommended.

Also, he has almost full control of right leg (still too weak to walk, but great progress), and was gently pushing himself around the bath.

Left leg also has movement but isn't quite as strong yet as his other one though. Also, my mum was worried this morning that his leg movement was just muscle spasms, but they seemed to be working fine this evening and also responded to touch/massaging and he was able to push off my hand a bit.

Your doing a great job with him, and his progress is coming along so well because of it. Look forward to hearing up dates.

Alrighty, so his legs have only improved a teeny bit today (a little frustrated, but progress of any kind I'm happy with). Mainly the only difference is that when I held him out above the bath (after he had been soaking, so I could massage and work his legs), he was able to feebly paddle with his right leg, and his left leg seemed to be moving with the right one, as if he was trying to struggle or swim.

I always say baby steps are better than no steps, so keep it up and hopefully he'll continue to make progress. Is his appetite still good? to me that's the first inclination that he has given up but as long as he is eating and not showing signs of depression and your willing to keep up with his therapy?

I had a female mallard who had what could only be described as a mini-stroke! She couldn't move one of her legs and the vet said to exercise it for her. I believe some duck therapy is in order! Try moving his legs around in a motion like he's walking. Good luck!

He is still eating. Today his right leg was able to kick stronger than yesterday, but it still isn't a fluid motion and this was only after his regular therapy schedule and holding him above the bath again. Left leg has no further progress from yesterday. If he continues to improve of course I'll keep working with him! I'm just worried he will give up like my childhood dog did when she slipped a disk in her back, or that he will remain paralyzed.

All you can do is go day by day, and you are seeing improvements which is a good thing, are you still thinking it was the fox glove or could he have gotten injured some how?
when is the last time you gave him Activated Charcoal? maybe do this again he still may have traces of the drug in his system. follow directions

I went and read about how serious it is to ingest foxglove and it's amazing he has survived at all must not have eaten much.

He could have injured himself while trying to fly (all my ducks have been experimenting with "flying" a few feet around the yard), but I still think foxglove is the most likely cause.

I stopped giving him charcoal two days ago because I was told this late it could do more harm than good. We caught him the day before he got sick nibbling a plant that was leaning on a foxglove and he nibbled a bit on accident and were going to stop him but he had stopped before we got to him so we figured he was fine.

How's the lil' guy doing? I'm glad to hear he's starting to move again, and you're such a good doting mama!
