Duck caught in fence

Hi

my 4 week old has got caught in the electric fence and has rubbed part of its leg raw. No blood but the skin is very red. Should I leave the poor thing alon or clean it with something. I’ve left her for a few hours to get over the ordeal and she seems fine hanging out with the others but there is a bit of a limp in her step. Not sure what to do?

If she/he appears to be acting fine, I think I would just slather a little bit of an antibacterial ointment containing one of the following ingredients, Neomycin, or Hydrocortisone cream, which are often used for burns.
