After ducklings hatch, they should still be in a brooder, with controlled temps, until feathered out.

They have no mama and all of them hatched from incubator. Another female have tilted her head towards one side and closing eyes no idea why

Are your parents there with you? Can they help you ? You need to learn how to care for incubator hatchlings.

Actually I had took them from dealer and he has proper setup of hatching

Because their dealer had told me that they are not babies so they don't need any brooder

If you want to kill them or see them struggle to live...then keep doing what you are doing. Otherwise ask for help on what to do. There is no MAGIC potion. They are like babies and need to be cared for, they need warmth in the beginning from a heat lamp...we don't care what the man told you.
