Duck coop & run in suburbs

Is your yard very open? Once your ducks get older, bushes and trees with low hanging branches will help them feel more secure when roaming the yard. Because your birds are white they are more likely to be targeted so giving them hiding places will be beneficial.

I also think a covered run is better. Otherwise you'll be shoveling the snow from the run as well as your driveway. You'll be glad it's covered after the first snow storm. Unless of course you like shoveling snow.
