Duck egg Diary> Is it working?

As some of you know I have 3 fertilized duck eggs sitting under one of my chickens. SO today i candled 1 of the eggs to see how it was doing. It is day 5 now and when I put a light up to them there was a yolk and a small heart. I wasn't able to take pictures but hopefully tomorrow I can. Does anyone have any pictures of their successful duck eggs at day 5 or 6ish? I heard somewhere that duck eggs take longer to grow then chicken eggs, is this true?

** UPDATE**

I candled all 3 of the eggs tonight, 2 are a little iffy, but 1 is definitely growing! You can see the germinal disc in 1! That is good right? It is my first time doing duck eggs

Have you found the Thread Formerly Known as Hatch Day is Today? There are hatchers that check in there. So far, I have only read about it.
