duck egg (im so new to this)

So i got 3 runner duck eggs from a farm i keep my horses at. But only one made it. I have it in my incubator. Yesterday morning it made a tiny creak and made two more this morning. Now there is a hole and i can see the little guy. How long will it take for him to come fully out of the egg? Im a little scared he might dry out.

I am not a hatcher, but I learn things from the Thread Formerly Known as Hatch Day is Today. Post your question there or search that thread. I think it can take a couple of days but you are right to be concerned about humidity.

I've read that it can take as long as 3 days from the first exterior pip to fully come out. I've got one now that pipped yesterday too!
Hang in there! When it's ready, it'll come out!

I've got 5 internally pipping right now. Hopefully tomorrow they will begin their process out by external pipping.

the little guy made it out YAY!!!! i have 7 more eggs that i found a week after the first 3 so around the 14th i should have more babies i cant wait.
