Duck Egg Pipped 4 days Early

Does not appear to be progressing and I can see veins and a slightly moving bill in the hole. I am very concerned about the early pip. Any thoughts?

That's not all that unusual. Duck eggs normally pip internally 2-3 days before they hatch. It can take 24-48 hours at least before it hatches after pipping the shell. Just because it has pipped does not mean it is ready to hatch.....sit on your hands!!
