Duck egg pipped internally last night, ( about 16 hours ago ) now rapid breathing and no external pip. Is it distressed , should i help ?

I am in and out of my bstor a lot
Im a lockdown rule breaker and never had a shrink wrap baby
I open the lid quickly and my temp and humidity have never dropped
I don’t fully take the lid off though
I also get high hatch rates
I have little giant bators and to add water I use a straw through the hole into a Chanel then a syringe to push water through the straw
The other persons reply of shoestring is a neat idea too

Both great ideas however this one had no holes , just holes underneath for ventilation , anyway nothing much happening for now , rocking now and then but that's all , not going to sleep tonight !!

I have one chick hatched and in brooder now , waiting on second egg , the first chick was rolling it around so had to take it out if the incubator , its not really walking but legs seem OK, it hatched itself
