Duck egg should i assist or not

So I got a duck egg and it's on day 30 it's definitely alive I just don't know what to do
 
Is it a mallard derived breed or Muscovy? Has it internally or externally pipped yet? What is your humidity and temp? If it has been externally pipped for over 36 hours and you do not see yawning or chewing motions, or if it started to zip but quit, you may need to assist.
