Here's a really silly question but can you eat duck eggs? Are they like chicken eggs? Do they taste the same? I have heard that bakers like to use them because they swear it makes their baked goods lofty but other than that I don't know a thing.

Duck eggs can be eaten and are delictale. And when used in cake batter it makes even more fluffy cakes. They are larger than chicken eggs. And some duck breeds can lay up to two eggs a day. (Welsh Harlequins , Golden 300 , Runner ducks and Khaki Campbells)
