Duck eggs- day 18 veins but no movement.

I've just candles my duck eggs. They are on day 18, I can see veins but no movement!! Does this mean they're all dead?

Did yours hatch? I'm on day 22. They look pretty maxed out on space. I see veins but limited movement. They were so active last week and now barely anything. But great looking veins. So stressful!
