Duck eggs not hatched at day 32 in a nurture right 360

First hatch ever
One hatched on day 27
It is day 32
I have done water test
They float barely above the water at an angle
Movement noted
The eggs look dark
I do not see movement when in the incubator on lockdown
Humidity been at 70 temp 99.5
Mallards
First one healthy as can be
These two ... what do I do with them... with them move in eater .. I use cannot throw out

How have you verified the temperature was 99.5? Thermometers and incubator controllers are notoriously inaccurate. In fact, you can count on them being wrong.
