Duck eggs pipped but not hatching! HELP!!!

Official hatch day is tomorrow. But the piping began on Friday and Saturday and more yesterday.... so I was worried about them pipped for so long.
That's normal It's going to take forever. Mine externally pipped 3 days before their hatch date and they didn't come out until the night of their hatch date.

Is this your first time doing ducks?

That black one's belly is still attached to the yolk/membranes.... so it's trying to get out but is still anchored in!

Is it just like a little thread-like string?

Some of mine are connected to the shell like that and I take scissors and I sterilize them with isopropyl alcohol. I cut midway between the egg and the duckling.

No, this is still a huge connection, you know the "die if you mess with it" kind of connection....

I need to go make some curtains or masks or potholders or something!!!!!

If you do cut the thread like connection, it will dry up and fall off pretty quickly.

For some reason the ducklings that I got from my friend had a lot of those thread-like connections to the egg. Mine never got that so I don't know what I did different 🤷🏼‍♀️

I wouldn't leave it connected...

I would cut as close to the egg as possible then because if you leave it connected, it can pull out it's intestines.

If you could get pictures of it that would probably work a lot better. I'm not good at visualizing what you're talking about unless I see it

I would just wait until after their hatch date. Wait to see if there's any progress throughout the day tomorrow and then you can make your decision.

Have you candled the ones that aren't externally to make sure that they are still moving?
No candling since Friday They were all moving then.
Okay, I got all the shell peeled from around the membrane so you can see it. I think I just need to leave them alone and let them cook some more.
