Duck eggs soon to hatch?

All of the living ones have hatched. Unfortunately the 2 that never pipped externally didn’t make it 😢 I’m thinking there was too much fluctuation in the humidity during hatching. *sigh*. The ones who lives however are eating, drinking, making a mess and being cute! But I’m looking into getting/making a bigger more efficient brooder. I know someone posted pictures earlier in this thread with some. Curious to know if you guys made yours or bought them?
I kept mine in a big tote for a couple weeks, and then I put them out in the morning and brought them in at night. A week later I left them out at night. You can usually make them pretty easily. Of course, this was in the summer. Not sure what your temps are though. Sorry about the ones that didn't make it. You did great though. Any pics of the little fuzz butts? And of the messed up neck duckling? Did you want names that start with c? Sorry for all the questions 😂

How's it going, @Laurenfinn6 ?
Going well! They are eating and drinking quite well. When do you start giving them the dry starter feed as opposed to wetting it? Kurlys neck is still pretty bent. He’s eating and drinking fine though. I noticed his feet are also a little curled if you can imagine. Is he maybe a runt you think? I have faith in him though!

He may have just been twisted funny in there or something. I think he should be ok. You can start giving it dry if they are eating it, and you can put it in a dish of some sort. I have faith in him too!

You left them outside? So do you have an outside brooder then? As you can imagine we didn’t have anything set up before saving the eggs so not sure. We live in Florida so it’s usually hot and humid. It’s been chilly this week (50s and 60s). Also worries about snakes, raccoons and other things outside. If your brooder is outside, have you experienced that? I’ll get some pics for you al 😬😬 and looks yes feel free to give names that start with C! Haha

I have a moveable durable tractor pen covered in hardware cloth. You're could probably go out around 5-6 weeks for the day.

Kurly with the bent neck is the one on the side of the food plate. That’s a pretty good visual of what his neck looks like.
