Why would my Muscovy roll one of her eggs out of the nest

Is she sitting? How long has it been?

I found one of my duck eggs in their pool, just a couple days before hatch date. I swear, I believe she was "disposing" of it. Did you candle the egg to see if it was still alive?

She has been sitting for almost a month. I haven't checked the egg. I didn't even think of it. I will in the morning. That's what I thought. Maybe she knows it's bad. They are really smart.
