The Darkness at the narrow end is not a trick of the camera.

Membrane is opaque White. I again ripped it removing the shell. Interior looks like chicken broth.

Partial development, with no recognizable structures - unless that was going to be an eye??? - and a lot of yolk. Whatever went wrong seems to have gone wrong very early.

Have chicken eggs going now, all brown shells. Need a brighter light still.
