duck feed question

They can eat pellets now. I was feeding pellets to mine from day one, the only kind of food I could get them, but I was soaking them in water so they could eat them. They started to eat the dry pellets when they were 3 to 4 weeks old.
 
You can start feeding laying pellets now but, feed 1/4 laying pellets mixed with what you have been feeding for about a month. Then go to 1/2 laying pellets for another month, then 3/4 pellets for a month before going 100% laying pellets. I never feed 100% laying pellets if I want hatching eggs.......I will mix 1/3 laying pellets.....1/3 maintenance pellets....
1/3 scratch. If you want just eggs then yes you can feed 100% laying pellets.
