Duck Feed

A good duck vet is best but not always possible.

I would rinse it well with lukewarm water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar per quart, then dab some antibiotic ointment on it. Three times a day, and one of those times at bedtime.

Also, try posting a new thread - so that the title will get more attention due to its urgency.

Three key things:
1- no raw legumes. This is detrjmental to ducks.
2- if you have subzero temps, free choice food in winter and corn daily is awesome.
3- Using the deeo litter method, giving some hot food (food that produces excessive body heat, like corn), and giving free choice food (watch them though; obesity can become an issue), cuts down on feed and increases productivity.
