As if the cockroach were not enough for the dark streets of this city, a few blocks away a youngster sits down next to his older brother. The two look at each other in silence as the older brother reaches into his pocket and withdraws a cricket. Handing the insect to his younger sibling he whispers in a calm voice, "Bugs have niacin".
