Duck foamy eye

My Nibbles had foam in his eye this morning! I washed it out with saline but I know he needs something else on it. Can I treat foamy eye with Tri-otic, gentamicin, neomycin, atropine, predisolone, or tobramycin? If not what do I need to get for him?

Sometimes early foamy eye can be resolved by rinsing with saline solution four or five times a day for several days - if caught early enough, that may do it.

You could also get antibiotic eye drops - but from what I understand, saline is effective against all bacteria, while an antibiotic may go up against a resistant bacterium.
