Duck foot bleeding from what looks like a blood blister type mole?

Buttercup is a 3 yr old blue runner duck, she lives with other ducks (and 2 Orpington hens I added a few months ago ) she runs around a 2000 square foot fenced in yard , the bump that’s bleeding is on top of her foot, not the bottom. I brought her inside and washed it with warm water then vetericin spray , and then I used the blue stuff ( hen healer ointment) and I’m keeping her inside overnight and I brought her sister blue runner in with her for company. I figured I better get her away from the chickens . So do only chickens peck at blood or do ducks also? What do you think the bump is?

I wonder if it's some sort of weird bumblefoot or a cyst.

Its back and bleeding, it had shrunken and was dried up so I let her back with the flock but now I got her in my bathtub. I am thinking of 1/soak 2/disinfect 3/apply ointment 4/guazepad 5/wrap with vet wrap and then let her back out?
