No, that's baking yeast. It's not the same thing. You need brewer's yeast or nutritional yeast.

No. That is a baking yeast. Not niacin. That might swell up in their stomach and kill them. You should probably be looking in the vitamin section. I had a hard time finding it in powder form and that's why I ordered it online. That one bottle lasted until they were full grown and I had a little leftover.
