Duck foot. Thought it was bad bumblefoot but not?

I have a less than a year old duck and I noticed it limping today. No issues with its Eating, behavior, pooping or anything noticeable other than the limp. Picked it up to find a huge grown on the bottom. After soaking it half of it came right off but I don’t want to remove any more in case that’s a bad idea. It doesn’t seem to hurt her

Do you have a pond? almost looks like something got hold of her foot?[Snapping turtles] You need to soak in Epsom salt water then apply something like Triple antibiotic and wrap so nothing nasty gets inside that wound. Keep her on clean bedding also. If a vet is an option I'd go for it she may need antibiotics.
