Duck gender?

I’m going to say boy! I had a male I hatched in March and when I picked him up he had a loud quack but it was a male!!

Darn..really hoping it ends up being a girl lol I don’t want 3 drakes lol

I am hoping you’re right. It didn’t sound like that yesterday and it started these quacking noises today so it threw me off to hear two of them quacking lol

if it’s a girl and you have two other drakes, i would get 6-7 more girls. i have to keep my drakes separate from my girl

khaki/rouen mix, that’s what my boy looked like around that age. but quacking makes me think girl?

What did he look like as full grown drake? I’m still hopeful it’s a girl lol

I have 3 drakes and 3 ducks all together 4 runners and 2 magpies and everyone is in a pair, except my older runner male whos female is broody. my magpie male keeps him from messing with his female, and the other pair are too young too be of interest

I have two Pekin females coming around the same age tomorrow I may ask for a couple more just in case. I don’t want to have to get rid of any!

Wow I wouldn’t be upset if mine ends up a male and looks like that! He’s a beautiful drake!
