Once I had a chicken who's ribs got crushed. She was throwing up all night. She lived for about a week and then died in her personal lil brooder. I think it would be good just to seperate him from everybody, give him extra love, and give him a chance to perk up. Lots of sunlight, please!

i have him in a box in my room with some water i really don’t think he’ll live for very long. he can barely even move his neck. i just feel terrible that he’s like suffering i wish i could do something to really help him.

thank you i really appreciate it. would it be okay if i tried to give him pain killers that we got from the vet for one of the other ducks? just to ease some of his pain.

i was there too. my chicken died in my arms. it looked like she smiled at me before she died...
