Duck has bad infection? Emergency!

So there is still a bad odor? I would flush the wound really well for another day or so - use something like Chlorhexidine (Hibiclens) or Betadine. IF the smell continues then I would consider administering antibiotics if she were mine.

There was a bit of an oder but it’s gone now!

Update! She is doing great! Everything is healing up very nicely. She is spending most of the time outside while we are home because she quacks constantly when she is separated from her friends! We are washing her in a salt bath every other day and putting antibiotic on it daily!Here are some photos:

I'm glad she is healing well. I'm thinking she has an infection in her oil glad that spread.
