Duck has had some sort of leg/foot issue for a couple weeks

We got these ducks one month ago-they are about 5 weeks old. One of them, about 2-3 weeks ago, jumped out of my sister’s hands while she was swimming the ducks and, while we didn’t think the duck was injured then, seems to have injured itself. The duck hobbles when it walks, and the foot looks deformed. I haven’t gotten a clear look at it’s leg.
The duck doesn’t seem to be in pain. It still has lively spirits. There was no bleeding. We didn’t even know it was injured at first.
I don’t know what to do. Is it too late to take it to a vet? Do I just...let it live with a deformed leg that makes it hard to walk? Is it actually in pain?

It just finished raining and she also was having swim time when I picked her up to take the picture
