Duck has hanging sternum

My mixed flock of ducks from Metzer farms has just started laying. I noticed that my magpie looks different than the rest, she has a hanging bit of flesh between her legs, on one side, I am not sure how to describe this. She acts just like the rest of the ducks. I do not know if she specifically is laying, I'm getting eggs from the flock. I attached pictures. Has anyone seen this before? Should I be worried? any input is appreciated. Thank you

I believe that's something duck hens get when they're laying, or close to it.
I'm positive that's what it is and that's completely normal!

I only recently got into ducks so hopefully someone with more experience comes along.
