Duck has lost use of one leg. Please help

Good points on the eggs and peanuts, and if the feed was lower % protein then they would be a good supplement... but seeing as the leg is already an issue, direct Niacin is a quicker and more efficient way to get the intake increased...

I totally agree especially giving the protein content of the feed.

Ok understood. Thanks so much for the wisdom and input yall. I'll get on that right away and keep yall updated! Any suggestions on where to buy some niacin?

Any Vitamin shop or Walmart, Walgreens, etc in the Nutritional Vitamins/Supplements areas... just make sure it doesn't say 'Time released' or 'flush free'... Vitamin B complex works fine too... just check the amount of Niacin per tablet and add enough to ensure 100-150mg Niacin to be dissolved in each gallon of drinking water...

Ok great I'll do that. Thank you

Ok so I went by the local walgreens. They had 3 different brands of the niacin. One said time released, one said flush free and one said controlled released which I'm guessing is no different than time released. I didn't see any others. I got the one that said controlled release. If it will not work let me know and I will look elsewhere I guess
